PTE Patch 3.1 New Features
The PTE Patch 3.1 is released on 14/12/2016 as an update for the Full Patch PTE 3.0 for the PES 2017 game. This update PTE Patch 3.1 is created by ” PTE Patch Team” and special thanks to them for creating the best quality patches.
First, Very Important: This PTE Patch 3.1 is not a full patch , this is only an update for PTE Patch 3.0 . Also you don’t need PTE 1.0 and 2.0 because they are already included in PTE 3.0. So you must first download and install the PTE Patch 3.0 : check my previous article to install the PTE 3.0 here (PES 2017) Patch PTE 3.0 : Download + Install.
These are the new features and updates added in the Patch PTE 3.1 :
- New/updated kits for: Celtic , Real Madrid, Fiorentina (New sponsor) & Vitoria SC (Vintage kit).
- New kits for more LaLiga 1|2|3 teams: Cadiz, Elche, Getafe, Gimnastic, Valladolid, Reus, Sevilla Atletico
- New faces added.
- Fixed the error with the Fruits enhancements always applied “On”.
- Fixed the Ludogorets players faces.
- Other minor things fixed.
- Previous Updates of Patch PTE 2.0 (included)
Download PTE Patch 3.1
To download the PTE Patch 3.1 you need to choose first between 1 Zippyshare or 1 Mega link. Size of PTE patch 3.1 Update is only 96 MB. Mega links are usually for people who don’t have Internet Download Manager (IDM), and Zippyshare links are for people who have IDM. To download IDM check the download link below (30 days trial).

If you can’t access Adfly or Mega links, read my article here: How to Unblock and Fix Adfly and Mega.
You need to open the link and wait 5 seconds (you will see the timing in top right corner of the browser), and then you click on “Skip Ad”. So keep doing the same for every link until you reach the Download links of the Parts .
Install PTE Patch 3.1
►►If game is freezing or stuck loading, just download “Fixed Data Pack 2” (link and instructions are in description under my YouTube video for PTE Patch 3.0 ).
To install the PTE Patch 3.1 Update please follow my YouTube Tutorial video very carefully to avoid errors. So If you face any error please try installing again the PTE Patch 3.0 then install this PTE Patch 3.1 following my video steps very carefully. Also read carefully the texts written in the video below:
